update/x64/dlcpacks/mpstunt/dlc.rpf/x64/levels/gta5/props/mp_stunt_course.rpf
Or replace any YDR with embedded textures.
Or use the Add-On Props Mod:

NOTE: You should use 268574752 instead of 32 on flags or you won't have collision.

@Quechus13 @nkjellman What do you mean 268574752 as my flag rather than 32. What does these numbers mean? Please explain me please. I want to have a collision in my castle please. :(
it would be nice if you or someone could show us how to properly install addonprops because I get a critical error when I paste the JSON lines when adding a prop.
@barbrady134 I don't use addonprops, I normally replace multiplayer stunt course objects.
@Quechus13 Well when i replace the stt_prop_ramp_adj_flip_m.ydr and I load it the game crash did you have some issues please?
@toitoine66 I replaced XXL files, not "M".
To be fair you need a good PC to have things working properly.
@Quechus13 ok that's work, that's was cause of my texture editing ^^ so I will try with add one to edit the texture
