Installation [FiveM_Replace]:
Drag and drop the "SBR" folder somewhere in your folder hierarchy on your server and now go to the server.cfg and add a new line called "ensure SBR".
Ingame you can spawn your weapon with the name "weapon_carbinerifle".
I recommend to use a command to give you the weapon or vMenu

where are those attachments from?
@bumbanaga just some random attachments I had on my server, I think they are from a HK416 pack
isn`t sig sauer german?
@pupsbacke3786 I checked it real quick and the Swiss SiG is for the high caliber weapons like the SiG 550 and the German company is for pistols. The HQ from SiG is in Eckernfoerde in Germany. BUT the SIG MCX was adopted by the US, so it's a US weapon.
