Description:
The M16A4 is the fourth generation of the M16 series. The iron sight/carrying handle assembly on the M16A2/M16A3 upper receiver was replaced by a MIL-STD-1913 "Picatinny railed" flat-top upper receiver for mounting aiming optics or a removable iron sight/carrying handle assembly. The M16A4 rear aperture sights integrated in the Picatinny rail mounted carry handle assembly are adjustable from 300 meters up to 600 meters, where the further similar M16A2 iron sights line can reach up to 800 m (875 yd). The FN M16A4, using safe/semi/three-round burst selective fire, became standard issue for the U.S. Marine Corps.
Replaces the Carbine Rifle.

@Dimitri_Rascalov I'd love to but I can't find a mod menu that lets me spawn it. If you can find one please tell me.
@Equinox407 Use Simple Trainer to spawn the new weapons.
@Mangokillen Doesn't work for me. I have the latest version of everything installed.
@Equinox407 Why doesn't it work for you? Make sure you only have Native Trainer and Simple Trainer installed. To open the Simple Trainer hold shift and F3. The new DLC weapons are listed in the weapons section when scrolling through it using the numpads.
@Mangokillen Spawning any DLC weapons using that trainer doesn't work for some reason.
@Equinox407 Try the Spawn Weapon by Model Name in the weapons section of Simple Trainer to spawn the DLC weapons.
For Heavy Rifle type WEAPON_HEAVYRIFLE
For Combat Shotgun type WEAPON_COMBATSHOTGUN

@Mangokillen Doesn't work.
@Equinox407 Have you tried Enhanced Native Trainer? There is nothing wrong with the trainers I have used Simple Trainer and Enhanced Native Trainer and I can spawn the DLC weapons. If they don't work then no other trainer will work to spawn the DLC weapons anyway.
Make sure you have the dlc folders from the updates that have the Heavy Rifle, Combat Shotgun and Service Carbine and they are in dclist.xml.

Even if that doesn't work reinstall the game.
Sorry for replying so many times but this an issue that shouldn't happen at all.
I think the cause of the issue is that you are using a downgraded version and not the current game update that's why you can't spawn the DLC weapons with a trainer. So try reinstalling the game.

you should make a version where the scope is apart of the model
