\Grand Theft Auto V\update\x64\dlcpacks
2. Open OpenIV, extract
\Grand Theft Auto V\update\update.rpf\common\data\dlclist.xml
open it, add new line

Save and use OpenIV to replace the original.
3. Open OpenIV, extract

open it, add new line

, I can make it no matter in los santos Customs or using the mod for changing the colour of the car
