Installation instructions:
FiveM
put aemsv450 folder in your resource folder
add "start aemsv450" to server.cfg
SP
put "aemsv450" in mods/update/x64/dlcpacks/*here*
add this line "dlcpacks:/aemsv450/" in mods/update/update.rpf/common/data/dlc.list
If there are any credits missing or incorrect please notify me
Car is prepared to use with Luxart Vehicle Control, which means that car sound is from stock version of this model. If you want to have siren sound in SP, you should change car sound in vehicles.meta to anything from GTA which have sirens already, like ambulan etc.

Finally after years someone did an interior for it ! Great work !
you could have updated the lightbar too but overall is fine
@neogeo39 In my opinion this lightbar fit to this car. I thought about that but didn't found anything better.
@seb5a I don't mean the lightbar doesn't fit, but the rotators and other parts of it could be updated
