The Ratel is the basic infantry fighting vehicle (IFV) of the South African National Defence Force's mechanized infantry battalions. Ratel is the Afrikaans name for the honey badger, which has a reputation as a ferocious fighter

2-go to Grand Theft Auto V\update\update.rpf\common\data
and edit extratitleupdatedata.meta then add this line:
dlc_ratel:/
update:/dlc_patch/ratel/

I like it but the collision physics needs a little tweaking.
@kingfire This is great if you defragment the vehicles.rpf and dlc.rpf would be 18Mb vs. 65Mb as is now.
