After a long while, I am back with converting cars to GTA V in 2019!

Replacement: Emperor3

Rallye version of the Standard Opel Kadett E Sedan

Features:

- working steeringwheel
- working dashboard
- dashboard & cockpit lightning
- breakable windows

- correct working lights
- correct platelightning just like the original old Opels (from the bumper)
- rollcage
- additional lights on the roof, front, back and in the trunk

Bugs:

- windscreen gets also tinted
- don't drive fast into corners :D
