Drop skylinec110 folder in mods\update\x64\dlcpacks
Edit dlclist.xml from update\update.rpf\common\data
add this line

dlcpacks:\skylinec110\

Save it and replace.

@Just_Riko you do know you can easily fix the tuning bugs by editing the carcols line and disabling the tuning parts i would also recommend replacing the savestra not warrener since the warrener is by vulcar which is volvo

@zzcool well then people have to replace his carcols file and they maybe have edited for other car. same with normal handlings.
maybe in future ill udapte as savestra since it comed after my release.
