Installation
For first you need to install GTA IV NOoSE Cars by Lundy & Custo

After that you need to replace noose and polpatriot to this folder
update\x64\dlcpacks\mpchristmas2\dlc.rpf\x64\levels\gta5\vehicles\xmas2vehicles.rpf

I like the skin but the NOoSE just puts me off. I prefer when it says NOOSE all in capital it just looks weird with the one non-capitalized o.

@Sheriff Howard Can you make new vehicles and textures for NOOSE SWAT vehicles (TRU)? If the DHS SWAT team is the SRT that would be the NOOSE TRU.
