Here's a modification of the USCG C-130J mod for GTA V. This is a USMC KC-130J in its aerial refueling configuration. It has external fuel tanks with hoses mounted on each wing. The hoses can be extended (they act as doors).
Aircraft includes a custom layout made by PNWParksFan allowing multiple seats inside the aircraft and one on the rear ramp.
This aircraft has all LOD levels, collision meshes and so on.

@Samperfield Skyline has not made any scripts that would allow you to actually refuel. That is up to the community to make!
Nice, a new Hercules mod! This will go nicely with the existing USCG C-130 and AC-130 mods that are already out there.

What happened to all the compilation packs of this guys vehicles? I can only find an air one is there any ground vehicle ones
