Open OpenIV and got to GTAV/mods/update/x64/dlcpacks/458spider/dlc.rpf/data/ or GTAV/mods/update/x64/dlcpacks/fgt2/dlc.rpf/data/ or GTAV/mods/update/x64/dlcpacks/f458/dlc.rpf/data/ (WHICH ONE YOU SELECT DEPENDS ON THE VEHICLE YOU HAVE)
Enable edit mode
Right click and click add and put handling.meta in the folder.
Open gta v and use a spawner to spawn the car.
