This is a D&R Intimidator siren sound mod to replace the Ambulance sirens in the game.
Be sure to download the latest version of OpenIV and run it as administrator

Update: I reduced the file size to fix any issues regarding muted sirens in game due to file size of the audio vehicles archive over 15.75MB. However the audio quality have not been compromised.

Hey man I wish I could use this but I seem to be having some problems. I installed everything correctly but for some reason the ambulance siren is completely mute in game, along with some other vehicle sounds (like the horn and door shutting). Any idea what's wrong?
@satrnv I'm not too sure on what happened. Did you have any other siren sound mods installed and were some of the siren sounds more lengthy than the original sounds? If so for mostly the latter then it'll probably explain on why some of the vehicle sounds were muted. Sorry to hear you ran into problems regarding the sounds being muted. I'll see what I can do to fix the issue.
So you have 3 sirens in the video and 2 on the file...? What is the file name of the third siren?
