The decade is the 1960s and America is in dire need of a multi-purpose vehicle. American life has always been a mix of business and party, and our country needed a vehicle to support both aspects of life, so the Picador was born. With more than enough space to conduct business in the front while simultaneously hosting a party in the back, this high-end, late-model Picador, badged as the "Loco", has everything the average American needs. A US born 320 horsepower engine, an improved suspension, and a steel plated, durable bed ensure that you get to church on Sunday and carry your pigs to market on Monday in record time.
Installation:
1.Put "picadorpk" folder in mods\update\x64\dlcpacks
2.Add this line -> dlcpacks:\picadorpk\ to the dlclist.xml (mods\update\update.rpf\common\data)

@MexicoBro, the way they create the screen shots is by using "Extended Video Export" or "EVE", that is the name.
It has nothing to do with photoshop or any effects, it's all done through the game.

Ive encountered a few issues when it comes to spawning in this vehicle. my enhanced native trainer cannot locate this vehicle when i try to load it into my game. Does the trainer not work with this mod? Should i use a different method of getting this into the game?
and installation of this mod was not flawless either, it wanted me to put this into the game through the mods folder, my mods folder is empty so i just skipped that part of the path and just put it in update\x64\dlcpacks is this my issue here? if so how do i correct the directory?
Any help is appreciated as this is my first time modding gta5, and if i need to ask for help elsewhere, letting me know is also helpfull

Why do some modders NEVER list the spawn name?? If anyone's curious, they're "picadorl" and "picadorld".
