Hellooooooo everybody! today i bring you a mod orginially made to replace the Mammatus( C172) in the game and made by CANAL EMBRAER GTA. Thanks to him i can upload this here and as an add on. Here is the original one:

its says the fxmanifest.lua is missing, how do i fix
