Does it have all the mods the normal valor has?
Works great, pretty much just what I've been trying to do recently. I was looking to get some cars to handle as a Deluxo, can't seem to get them to be able to fly. Do you mind my asking what you had to set to get it to actually be able to use the flight mode?
