X:\Grand Theft Auto V\update\update.rpf\common\data\dlclist.xml
then use notepad open it,add new line
dlcpacks:\dvc63darwin\
Save it and use OpenIV replace it.

Really beautiful car but won't use it for the same reason Dennissaurus stated above, sorry. Also not sure if this is an issue on my end only but for some reason the bullet hole decals won't appear on the car.
(No, I don't have godmode or visual godmode enabled, and I only use blank textures for the dirt and such, no custom auto-cleaning mods.)
