Yes! Customise everything haha.
I was about to say it would be cool to modify the Phantom Wedge in the Bunker or Arena Workshop, because it really would be, you can't give it the basic upgrades you can give even a rusted out car.
But, then I remembered you would need a mod to add those locations to singleplayer haha.
It's disappointing when Rockstar skip over tuning on some vehicles but it's very frustrating when they exist in game but can't be used.
Like custom tires, painted stock wheels and respray on vehicles that can spawn indifferent colours but can't be tuned.
And engine, armour, horn, brakes for everything.

Game crashed. But looks nice.

Kinda silly for driving this thing in the streets, but ain't helpful for escaping the cops...unless you take the subway tunnels with this thing.
