@SSC_Dog just so you can start you game here is my old comment "this isnt allowing me to start up gta story and it only allows me when i go into my mods folder then to updates then 64x then dlcpacks and i have to remove the file from there and i get no skins please fix this i reinstalled this a couple of times and it does the same thing maybe the new update messed with something please fix"

@SSC_Dog im having the same exact thing, i was able to start my game from removing the cw pack from my mods folder but you dont get any skins
