I can confirm that ScriptHook crashes when trying to spawn this helicopter. After tabbing back into the game, there's an invisible model of the helicopter on the spawn location, that can't be entered. It also doesn't appear in the list of added vehicles.
This mod does indeed crash the game. It gives a "corrupt game files" message when loading Story Mode.
