@jedijosh920 is there a way you could turn off kill on sight? I hate it when I get shot at straight away even if I'm passing a rival neighbourhood so quickly / when my allies start drive-bying randomly when they see an enemy.
I checked the .ini file but there was no possible setting to turn it off.
