@5stars the 'Player Voice' script adds voice effects for actions and interactions in the game, it does not directly impact character movement sounds. Also please clarify what you are referring to in your previous comment about SKT as I have no idea what that means.
@5stars Hi which script are you referring to? If it's 'Player Voice' it's available here on gta5 mods
Voice clips from the 'bumped' folder will play occasionally when in a vehicle with that npc, is there any way to prevent that?
