Does anyone know how I can refuel with another character that is not one of the three main ones? I have downloaded PEDs, even from the game itself, and it only refuels with the three main characters. Does anyone know about editing PEDs and the game recognizing them for refueling? Or if anyone else is experiencing the same issue?
