@Shirai Yeah same happened to me with another mod i repeatedly pressed alt f4 then when the quit screen comes up back out out of it until it came up with a debug message and it fixed it but i had to do this every time i launched gta 5, very irratating so just delete whatever mod is causing it

@deusrixas Already tried that, character just glitches out even if u use the original head shape
