@powersteering R* is promoting modding into ther games, Take-Two are the real dick heads, Rock is just trying to fix this after the games HUGE dislikes on steams, like from 80% to 30% in 24 hours after the annoucement. So OpenIV team, keep it up! There is a chance.

why i can't still chose how much time it takes to recharge/fill the car? Put in the settings.ini file the time that it takes to recharge/fill the car in seconds
