@CronKz *facepalm* No, it does not make it think it's a keyboard. I put the link right in my response that says exactly what it does. It used to be called ds4 windows.
I think the problem is the fact I'm trying to use the gta5 mod manager to get this to work, do you know if it's compatible and how to get it to work? I don't want to have to switch everything out every time I want to play online, the mod manager makes it way easier since it puts everything back to normal when you want to go online.

No, it makes it look like an Xbox 360 controller to the PC and allows you to use the touchpad as a mouse, make macros, etc. if you're using a ds4 you should be using inputmapper because it's awesome (www.inputmapper.com).
I can't get this mod to work though. I'm trying to use the gta5 mod manager but it just doesn't like it. I can't do that calibrate thing either it just do anything when I hit any buttons except the "b" button to go back.

I'm guessing this doesn't work if you're using a program like inputmapper for your ds4? because I can't get this to work at all.
