Are the cops supposed to be THAT agressive? I can't even get close to them without them wanting to arrest me.
For some reason every npc that is guarding certain interiors (cops in the Paleto Bay sheriff's office, the guard in front of the Stadium) is hostile and will try to arrest/kill me.
