5mods on Discord
1. rename the wov.oiv to wov.zip
2. open the zip and navigate to the "content" folder
3. delete the "gameconfig.xml" file inside the .zip
4. download the new gameconfig.xml from here https://www.gta5-mods.com/misc/gameconfig-xml-dilapidated
5. place the downloaded gameconfig.xml into the zip file
6. rename wov.zip back to wov.oiv
7. install it with OpenIV
now install 3 more mods to make it not crash on start

(all these go into the main GTAV folder, made by "Dilapidated" same dude that made the gameconfig.xml)
