For anyone wondering HOW TO UNINSTALL, after diggin on dlcpacks looking for the mod to uninstall because cars just disappear when I get close and that sucks, i've found that the easiest fix is deleting update.rpf in mods/update/update.rpf. Of course do a backup of your dliclists and Gameconfigs xml using OPENIV and then just copy the original update.rpf from your update folder located on the main folder of the game! :D normal traffic again and you can look for a gameconfig with 2.5x traffic 2.5x peds which is the most balanced way to play, because more will not let you drive insane because toooo many cars. sorry my english
