Guys I know this mod doesn't work anymore due to the latest gta update but dont fear! I have some instructions to get this mod good as new.
1. First follow these steps on this video that helped me :https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FIRCPpfji-0&t=93s 2. After doing this, go on the site outdated script hook v site at the bottom of my comment, and scroll down to download the version of script hook v to match the outdated version of gta v on this video. The version you need to download is 1.0.2189.0
3. After these steps, go to the script hook v dot net website and scroll down to the version that says 2.10.10.
When ingame, press F10 to open menu. Enjoy!

P.S. If pressing f10 does not open the menu, try holding down RIGHT CTRL and pressing F10 at the same time. It worked for me!
