@6ty_6ix i put it into fivem by making a __resource.lua file then entering the following line into said lua
resource_manifest_version '77731fab-63ca-442c-a67b-abc70f28dfa5'
this_is_a_map 'yes'
then I took the files in the custom_maps folder and put them into a folder named stream, then edited the server cfg to start the folder containing the stream and resource lua. Put the folder containing the stream and resource lua into my server files and works good for me other than a few missing textures.
