@Frankovich you want to use OpenIV and go to the dlc.rpf file in the dtdpista folder or wherever you have the Ferrari mod installed. Inside that, click on the common folder, then the data folder, and that is where the handling.meta file is located. Use Edit Mode to replace the file with the one you download here.
