Alright, I think I have a solution after reading nearly everyone's crash problem. I am soon to test out to see if my edited .xml files are good. If you have a trainer, make sure to turn off "Radio Always Off."
yes, unfortunately everytime I get a truck and press F9 to "deliver a trailer" it crashes. Once it crashes, you cannot load it back again because it crashes when I press "Go on Duty". I'll let you have a go at it to see if it is just me or the files.

@MRAlifR are you also suffering from a crash? Mine crashes when I go close to where all the buses and trucks spawn (the group of red blips). I tried a fresh GTA with no mods with it still doesn't work. If you get the link, can you notify me? Thanks!

I managed to fix it! The key is Cunning Stunts (mpstunt) DLC. You need that so you are able to load the runway and everything. Thanks for this absolutely marvelous map especially the two floors; very creative!
Hey Mixtro. I took out the unlock all objects thing and it still does not work! The road is still not there? I updated scripthook and reinstalled map builder. I have also did the object spooner with Menyoo. Any idea of what the problem might be? By the way, I'm still on the Bikers DLC, May that contribute to the problem?
Help! The buildings and planes all spawn but the road and runway don't! When ever I load the game, gtamp-unlock-all-objects crashes. Is that the problem? Do I need that? Everything else i double checked and installed everything perfectly.
