Just to clarify, put the salx570 folder into the "dlcpacks" folder thats located inside the "mods" folder that openIV created (sorry. new to modding this game)
also, edit dlclist.xml thats located in the mods folder version of update.rpf, correct?
if both of those are correct, where would i find the new vehicle in game
