ALRIGHT , problem solved , turns out R* was using a new shader for new lightbars , so all you need to do is to open the visualsetting.dat and add these lines "
car.sirenlight.day.emissive.on 450
car.sirenlight.night.emissive.on 450 "
fantastic mod , but I also had issue with the lightbar , I've replaced the visualsetting.dat file and all emergency vehicles working well but only the new light bars frm bottom-dollar update still looking very dark.

I've recently watching TV series <<Bosch>> , it's a story about an old LAPD detective who is also an verteran , served in SOF , he choose Kimber 1911 as his service weapon so I've kept looking for the same one in both real life and game , and your great work really help me out . @oliver8979 emmmm , in Openiv , the ydd.file cant match with the texture file until I rename all of them to jbib_008 , also I found that the texture file in the ytd.file was named "jbib_008" , not "002" , I guess that's the reason why it can't match while I check it in the openIV.[ I haven't check it in the game , but I guess it still work even didn't renamed]
And Hope every car could have both grille lights and back window lights , I really love christmas tree style.
