@Xxpunisher44xX it might have to do with you having no armor, some of these mods add a "pain tolerance" idea to them where your armor is now your "pain tolerance" and if you get shot to much you will wobble around, and after being in cover for long enough you will regain your armor. Try using a native mod to give yourself armor and see if you stop wobbling :) and other questions just ask and ill try my best to help.
Well for anyone wanting to know how to get it to work, just take the file you download and drag it to your "mods" folder that is inside of your "Open IV" program :)
