Are these cars added like a DLC? Or do I need to overwrite over vehicles?

@grunt616 Ha, I understand that. My brother has his car slammed irl. But, the edited stats for this makes the car bounce around on the spot when vacant and stationary.

Is it possible to strip these police cars of all their police equipment? Basically turn them into a civilian vehicle?
The car bounces gently on the spot and it also scrapes the floor constantly whilst driving. Is that how you intended it to be? Also, do you have the original Handling.meta file I could have please?
