I've made an account just to post this. it doesnt work, im very new to modding and the inscructions are not clear enough. ive spent hours trying to get these mods to work because some detail was left out of the installation instructions. assume im stupid and please, please explain EXCALTY how to install this.as of now I put the hair folders in Mods / update / x64 / dlcpacks / EMFsingleplayer / dlc.rpf / x64 / streamedpeds_players.rpf / player_one using OpenIV, then used menyoo navigating to hair and it isnt there. what am i missing?
