THIS MOD STILL WORKS, you need to activate it. i dont know what key it was but its either E,R, or T but one of those should activate it and then Z opens it.. Just confirmed as my 3 man Grove squad and myself lit up the Vagos neighborhood! very fun mod, even did a impromtu street race in a van with my grove boys in the backseats lol (i lost obv)
