@plutolol Nope.
Does this only work for the cd version? I use the steam version, and even though I replaced the files, it doesn't change anything.
YES! Now all we're missing is the game cube one!
If I could make a suggestion, I think the wall would look better if instead of a blue sky, it was just black. The city would be a light grey. Almost white but dark enough not to blend in with the moon. The bats would also be a light grey (or orange). Other than that, this looks really cool!
REVIEW:
This gun is very accurate to the original model within CS:GO. The new update raised the resolution of the gun and fixed some strange texture problems. It also added the suppressor onto the M4. Unfortunately, this does not replace the suppressor within the game. It just added the CS:GO suppressor model to the default gun with no attachments so don't expect a stealthy experience with this. The aim down sight is a little wonky. You may have to predict where the bullets will land. The creator may be able to modify the model to support ADS without it having a huge impact however. I highly recommend this to all, especially to other CS:GO players.
Keep in mind: The current pictures of the gun on this page are of the outdated model. It does NOT show the new improved model (@R3D please update the pics). Also if you were wanting the model without the suppressor, you can no longer get it. As of the new update, it replaces the low res M4 WITHOUT suppressor to a higher res m4 WITH the suppressor in the download.
@R3D I suggest including seperate models in the downloaded folder (i guess make 2 folders for each option within the main folder that's downloaded): one including the suppressor, one without for the people who don't want it.
More of a personal note: @R3D please fix the red line on the AK-47 Redline magazine. It doesn't follow the curve of the mag.
Can you fix the red line on the magazine? The line doesn't follow the curve of the magazine so it sticks out and looks very strange. Everything else is great!
Have you ever considered changing the suppressor model to work with the M4? Since the M4 has it's own unique model, I figure it's possible to do this without affecting other guns.
Can you make a Game Cube version?
Love it! Can you make a Game Cube version?
Is there any way to improve the quality? Maybe find a way to get rid of what looks like "wrinkles" on the gun?
