@mikeyboy242424 -its based on the Cabby from GTA IV that itself was based by the Vapid Minivan from the same game but manufactured by Schyster, so it is more closer to the Minivan from GTA IV. Model changes includes the wheel arches and side skirting, which appears to be far less pronounced than it is on the Minivan. The side skirts on the minivan bend slightly at the rear arches, while on this car they do not. The car has a single-exhaust setup instead of two like in the Minivan. The door handles are placed inset within the door itself instead of placed on top. The sides have a more defined edge and the primary and secondary body colors are split evenly on the body instead of the primary body color taking of the most of the top half. Comes with plastic black bumpers and bulkier rear bumper. Lastly, I might be missing some other details, but obviously, it has a different manufacturerer with a new badge. The relationship is similar to how the Dodge Caravan and Chrysler Town & Country shared many similarities between manufacturers (Same companies).
@bluethnder215 You don't need to replace a vehicle to have the Scout spawn in traffic. You can also have it spawn in traffic by adding it to the popgroups.ymt file. That's what I did to make it spawn in traffic.

For some reason, when this car is installed, the police3 siren sounds are muted. Wanted to point this out.
Even if I change the gameconfig and install it automatically or manually, the DLC does not appear in the game.
