@QUADRAD2 Download the file, extract with winrar (if you don't have winrar, download it by googling it), place in the root folder of GTA 5 (root means where the .exe to launch the game is). Make sure that you have RESHADE downloaded and installed (just open the file, choose the game to install reshade). Then simply load the game, press 'home' key on your keyboard, and it should show the panel. To change between the shaders, click the left or right arrow near the top left of the Reshade menu.
