For anyone still having trouble getting the mod to work without crashing, if you join the discord in the description and look in the announcements section of it there is a gameconfig.xml file that the author released awhile ago that should get the mod to work. Just put it in Grand Theft Auto V\update\update.rpf\common\data and the mod should work just fine. I've been using it for about a week and have not had a single crash caused by the mod.
