Not sure why, but the game crashes for me after installing IVPack and this mod when loading. Please somebody confirm whether it works for you.
I have to agree with NikoBelllllic. Maybe there is not enough deadzone set on the acceleration throttle.

Sorry, it actually worked right from the start. I just expected it to disable the shake camera effect as well. I used https://cs.gta5-mods.com/scripts/extended-camera-settings to disable it. Thanks for this mod.
It doesnt seem to work for me. The shakey effect persists.
