Any euphoria mods out there that actually work?

This mod is fantastic when it works fully, I've rated it 5 starts in previous updates. However, for some reason the gunrunning update has broken parts of the mod. Some features still work (Such as throat shots, leg pedaling, some runnings over, etc.) Yet most of the more noticeable features such as the general euphoria when shooting someone no longer works. This is a huge negative for this mods current state.

How do you get the new ammo types to work?
