First of thanks for you help, but i noticed something different, for my game the only bugged one is the normal f82, i just have to spawn the f82duke and all the tuning parts get available. Crazy how those files seems to work different for everyone , same shit with gameconfigs :D

And if so you use bennys or menyoo?
The read me says <Item>dlcpacks:\gtr\</Item> but i think it should be <Item>dlcpacks:\458\</Item> and the spawn name should be also 458 then
