The game runs fine with the latest gameconfig and the newest scripthook

GUYS! I have GTA working again, with mods. The fix is relatively simple, you must use an older version of ScripthookVDotNet (2.10) as well as the new updated Scripthook V that just came out. Also after working through some crashes I found out the SirenBlobAdjuster was causing the game to crash. After deleting that and optionally ELS.asi (if you dont want an error message during load) it worked. Although it did give me an infinite load screen the first time around.
