My workers stand outside the stash house & I can't talk to them, I reloaded script & was able to talk to one of them, I think it has something to do with the follow command and/or maybe mod conflict, I notice a lot of bodyguard/companion/follow scripts tend to mess each other up.
I decompiled & edited the DLL, drastically increased police delay so they don't appear every 5 sales & slightly decreaed rival gang attacks cause I felt it was a bit unrealistically fast paced & hectic & I wanted the idea of sort of taking over an area than having to move around like a nomad.
I can upload this if the author is okay with it cause I've seen a few requests.

Yeah but it forces that playstyle, I'd rather play it as if I'm taking over areas rather than running around like a nomad.

Best drug dealing mod I've seen so far only problem is I don't know which areas are considered mine or rival.
