@zzcool Once a DLC comes out with a new vehicle modification and its added to that folder. If there is no update to that vehicle in the DLC, its just not there; just like in our case. We are simply telling the game that there is a newer version.
@zzcool Oh, right... The location is one of the highest levels in GTA V. It works by having the newer DLCs override the older DLC vehicle versions; so if you had two versions of a car, one in 64e and one in patchday8ng, the game would load the newer DLC's; patchday8ng, variation.
@zzcool Because we did not make the other parts of the riot.ytd file, we have only modified the included image and therefore it is not included to reduce conflict for terms uploading only original content.
