I liked the simple and functional mod, it's always exciting when a new single player roleplay mod comes out.
tip (if you want): I think it would be more realistic for promotions to work not with the amount of money you have when you go to work (that's what I understand, I haven't tested the mod yet) but with the total amount of money you already earned in that job, if you change jobs or get fired this promotion "percent bar" would be reset.

some suggestions that I think would be cool.
-places to start missions do not influence delivery locations
-longer deliveries
-the faster you deliver, the more money you earn, considering the base value in the .ini and the delivery distance
-custom vehicle .ini for the trunk value
-no choice of which car to use (use the last used car) and package numbers, considering the value of the trunk in the .ini

I tested it by deactivating the manual transmission and the problem does not occur, however, the problem occurs when you accelerate with great torque at low speeds and with high gears (example: 0-100km in 3rd gear) (referring to the torque I gave in the example my previous comment) and the car will start to give some stops but when the car arrives at high speeds/at the end of the gear ratio it accelerates normal and when I deactivate the manual transmission the car cannot stay with high gears stopped making the test impossible and taking into account this does not happen in version v5.0.0 I am almost sure that the problem is related to the new versions of your mod, sorry for the inconvenience and the bad english, I tried to explain it in the clearest possible way.
