Anti46EEK572 is a script mod that changes license plates, so you cannot change the license plate to make it a different vehicle.
Also, you cannot specify more than two lines for the license plate.

I just downloaded it and checked it, and it works correctly.
The main cause of the NullReferenceException is probably that you are using the stable version of SHVDN.
As stated in the description, please download and use the Nightly build.
Also, please make sure you are not using any other Turn signals mods.
